Exercise
Most children need an hour of physical activity a day
Limit screen time to two hours a day
Everyday play outside, walk run, play, have fun!
- With friends
- Play games like tag, kick the can, jump rope or hop scotch
- Get your children involved in sports or activities that keep them active
- Children will learn teamwork and sports skills
- Children that are active do better in school, are able to concentrate better and have less behavior problems
- Family;
- Go on a walk together
- Play at the park
- Enjoy each other
- By yourself;
- Stretch, run, meditate
- Practice sports skills
- Go to the gym
