Look for ingredients like salyciclic acid and benzoyl proxide.<\/li>\n<li>Use makeup prodcuts that are \u201cnoncomedogenic\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Avoid getting hairgel and sprays on your face<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019t squeeze or pop pimples as this can cause scaring<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a healthy diet<\/li>\n<li>Change your pillow case every night<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If these tips don\u2019t work consider talking to your doctor about what we can do to help you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teenage acne can be embarrassing.
